In the United States it's autumn, a time when crops and fruits are gathered and leaves fall.

This happens in the northern hemisphere from September to November and in the southern hemisphere from March to May.

And what a perfect opportunity to reflect on the past 12 weeks.

It's also time for "Active Rest" or as some of my client-athletes like to joke... "Not really resting at all!"

The idea is to give your joints a break from the intense strength-and-conditioning stuff we do.
