Asparagus is high in vitamin A, folic acid and dietary fiber, which are all thought to play a vital role in fighting cancer.

It also contains high levels of potassium, which may help control blood pressure.

Better yet, asparagus is rich in rutin and iron which boost the body's immune system.

It's also cholesterol free.

I love pairing this low-starch carb with a lean protein (think grilled chicken).

Simple Roasted Asparagus Recipe

Be present. Breathe deeply. Exercise daily.

- Asparagus tips

INGREDIENTS:

👉1 bunch of asparagus

👉1-2 TBSP coconut oil or duck fat, melted

👉Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse asparagus under cold water.

Grasp asparagus spears near the tip and base.

Bend tips together until spears naturally snap. Discard bottom portions.

Toss asparagus with coconut oil or duck fat. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.

Lay asparagus on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until asparagus is tender.

An instructor might teach a specific curriculum or process… and their focus is on that thing they’re instructing.

As a coach, well, my focus is on lifting you up to become what you want to be and what you're capable of.

It’s easy to find an instructor from time to time; however, I’d caution you against it.

The world we’re living in is making instructors more of a commodity than ever before.

Instruction is available on FaceTube and thousands of other sites online for free or close to it.

You can get free instruction in a book at your local library.

You can “pick someone’s brain” and get them to share free instruction.

And access to instruction is only going to become more available.

But coaching… there will always be ample opportunities for the best online personal trainer who can bring out the best in you, lift you up, and help you actually achieve your priority-one goal.

I’m not sure how that can ever be fully automated.

So, my suggestion is to spend your time around great coaches… and more importantly, find a coach that gives you the feeling that “my life is higher quality with my coach on my team.”

Do that and you’ve created a reliable and repeatable system that allows you to live to your full potential.

Leading by example.

Help others and leave a happy legacy.

Success requires a plan and encouragement.

But even with my help, you still need to do the work.

If you want to get lean and strong, you must have a positive attitude, be committed to the necessary process, and have perseverance.

Focus on those things first and success will come.
