Meet my friend and client, Michael Trump.

He served in the United States Marine Corps and is one of the greatest guys you'll ever meet.

Always has a smile and positive attitude.

He's also a total beast when it comes to focus and dedication to achieving his goals.

Not only has he lost over 50 pounds, he's done that in less than 10 months.

1. What have you accomplished in your life that you're most proud of?

My time spent in the Marine Corps and my family and my faith.

2. If you could take three months off and do whatever you wanted, what would that time look like?

I would travel across the US with my family and build memories.

3. Before finding Coach Joe, what was your struggle? What were your biggest frustrations?

It was difficult before to have time sectioned out just for workouts, along with proper nutrition. Coach Joe has taught me to prep meals/manage my personal time.

4. How did your struggle and frustrations affect your life?

Felling a lack of accomplishment with my health, often would leave me frustrated knowing I could do better but not having the tools.

5. How did Coach Joe help you?

He has helped prioritize three things that have given me great success : proper nutrition, sleep and workouts.

6. How is your everyday life different now?

I have much more energy and a more positive outlook in general.

7. What is one unexpected result you have had since you began working with Coach Joe?

Actually looking forward to my morning workouts. It leads to a more positive outlook in general.

8. Moving forward, what are your goals... personal, professional, family?

Personally my goal is to be physically and mentally healthy. Professionally I would like to build my business and retire young. My family goal is to raise my daughters to be strong, educated healthy women.

10. Best place to travel that you've ever been?

Naples, Florida.

11. What do your kids remind you that’s okay to do?

Laugh and be silly. Don’t take yourself too seriously all the time.

12. What has failure taught you about success?

Failure is a process to learning, which makes success all that much more sweet.

13. Best piece of advice you've ever received?

Be honest, be a friend, work hard.

14. Words to live by or favorite quote?

“No guts, no glory.”

15. What adventure do you plan to have in the future?

Travel across the country when I retire.

16. Favorite book and why?

Tom Clancy book. Military themed.

17. Something interesting we don't know about you?

Completed top water survival qualification in the Marine Corps.
